Damage to the bag caused by excessive load is not considered a quality issue. 7. Deformation and damage to the bag caused by high temperatures, exposure to the sun, or rain, as well as discoloration due to high temperatures, are not considered quality issues. 8. Deformation and damage to the bag caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, robbery, traffic accidents, etc.) is not considered a quality issue. 9. Damage to the leather caused by improper maintenance during use (especially for genuine leather products) such as changes in texture or cracking is not considered a quality issue. 10. The bag has an odd smell. Due to the large volume of bags being shipped, we pack new items every day. Sometimes the oil on the edges is not completely dry, but it will naturally disappear after being left open for a few days. This is not a quality issue. 11. Zipper cotton lining (due to differences in bag color, production batch, zipper head, and lining, these may vary) do not constitute quality issues. 12. Due to different batches of bags, there may be variations in (lining pattern color, base material thickness, zipper fabric color), which are not considered quality issues. 13. For bulk wholesale customers, the terms agreed upon verbally or in writing with customer service shall prevail. If the goods are returned due to customer preferences or other issues, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. For pre-ordered goods due to large quantities, we will only refund up to 30% of the goods.
